Everything you need to know about processing, delivery, tracking, and your EEGOREAD order.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Orders placed on Friday will generally be processed and shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-order items are not subject to the processing times above. Please refer to the estimated shipping date shown on the relevant product page.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on destination and will be shown at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply to certain remote destinations.
Shipping to some remote areas may cost approximately $15–$28 USD, depending on the destination and available carrier services.

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout whenever applicable.

All shipping services include tracking.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address associated with your order.

EEGOREAD works with trusted logistics providers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other carriers. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your destination and available shipping services.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your city and postal code.

We recommend using a standard residential or business street address whenever possible. We cannot ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, freight forwarders, package forwarding services, or reshipping addresses. Delivery to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers cannot be guaranteed.

Please make sure your shipping information is accepted by the selected carrier. Incomplete, inaccurate, or unsupported address information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact support@eegoread.com as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide relevant order or delivery information so that we can assist with the carrier inquiry or claims process.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and tracking process.
